Returning your online purchase is easy! Follow the steps below to ensure a smooth process.

Step-by-Step Return Instructions
STEP 1: Package your items securely.

Place the items you’re returning in a sturdy box (you can reuse the one your order came in!) along with any packing materials.

Print and include the top portion of your Shipping Confirmation email as your return receipt. TIP: Look for the scissor icon in the email!

Don’t have your Shipping Confirmation email? No worries—just include a note with your order number, billing name, and address. Without this information, we won’t be able to process your refund.
STEP 2: Ship your package.

Choose your preferred shipping carrier and ensure your package is insured and trackable for peace of mind.

You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs.

Keep your tracking information until your refund is processed.

Once we receive your package, we’ll email you a Return Order Confirmation with all the details.
STEP 4: Wait for your refund.

Please allow up to 21 business days for us to receive your return and process your credit.
How will I be refunded?

Returns within 90 days: Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment.

Refunds are based on the original purchase price and won’t include shipping charges. Promotions, discounts, and free items will be prorated when calculating your refund.

Once processed, we’ll send you an email confirmation. Please allow 1–2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

Why didn’t I get an email about my refund?

If a credit was issued before your order shipped (e.g., for a price adjustment), it won’t generate a separate confirmation email. You’ll see the adjustment reflected in your final charge on the shipping confirmation email.
Why hasn’t my refund shown up yet?

Refunds can take up to 30 days to appear in your account. PayPal and ApplePay refunds may take longer. If it’s been more than 30 days, contact us for help.
Can I return fully used products?

Our return policy is meant to address issues related to product performance or satisfaction. We accept returns of new, gently used, or defective items but not significantly used products.
